Song of the week
Brighton Beach - Telepopmusik [Richi Jamz E.P]
Telepopmusik is responsible for some of the most euphorically captivating tracks on my iPod. I absolutely love their sound. If you aren’t familiar - look into them.
Macy Spotted & still alive! I’d love to blame me not posting anything on here in a month on starting the fall semester, but that’s only part of the issue. In all honesty, I’m a lazy blogger - but when I blog .. I BLOG! =]

“When I use make up it’s not accentuate my features, not install a new face.”
She had such symmetrical features, I was sure I could recreate them. At the time I thought this was really good lol. Looking back at it, it’s pretty awful & it looks nothing like her, but when I was 11 years old and obsessed with Aaliyah, this was my greatest masterpiece created with magic markers! And my art teacher surely hung it on the bulletin board.
… beneath me somewhere, locked in cages - masked in shadows of a new reality, coated in pain, in the bottom cellar of my soul and at the rooftops of my heart, love has lived and never really died…

Oh Maker - Janelle Monae
I enjoy the sporadic confusion of vocals & awkward blend of instrumentals around the hook. It captures the meaning of the song so well. These things can be so befuddling yet beautiful. I’m happy to have met love.
“I can’t imagine the bitter end of all the beauty that we’re living in.”
As you lay down to love another empty heart in empty spirits you’ll realize your life is nothing with multiple empty relationships

This may imply (slightly) that I have a criminal mind.
But it’s aggravating when you get caught lying to financial aid, or facebook really won’t let you peak at something that is blocked, or when the cashier at CVS rejects your coupons when you knew they were for the wrong product, you just thought maybe, possibly, somehow - they wouldn’t notice. Can only certain people get away with being dishonest? Are there just a blessed few who have access to all of lifes loopholes. Like skipping the interview & just getting the job, not having to pay application fees, having grandparents who are willing to put your car insurance in their name so it amounts to nearly nothing, people’s who’s distant uncle just happen to be in charge of the financial aid office at an ivy league school and were able to grant you discounted tuition and admission despite your mediocre grade point average =/ etc.
Then there are the rest of us who live in tremendous guilt thereafter our white lies.
No one will die if I use my coupon for fish paste to purchase this amazing hair product. I’m just saying!
But if I did that, the cops would come and arrest me for forgery or some other exaggerated felony.
I have 4000 pictures on my phone & computer and no where to post them.
